Volunteers for BBWF 2015

Hi Peeps...With only 17 days until the Friday... I'm tying up the loose ends and getting confirmations from people i have asked to come along.
Most of the event is relaxed as far as time and things to do but some are timed and need to be as close as possible to the arranged timings like:
The runout as its a 30 min drive and i need you there for between 12.30 and 1pm.
Also every year there is never any food available at the event, Self catering on site or bugger vans...( Still makes me laugh).. are not allowed by the hotel...However I'm hatching a cunning plan but will need a volunteer for this and some bits during the day, It won't be much as i want you all to enjoy the event as much as possible.
This will be "Lunch on the green at 2pm".. ..
Actually on the hill over looking the car park but more on that later...
I will need helpers to:
1. Help me put up a gazebo or two....This is an early one..07.00hrs.
2. Man the welcome tent giving out the weekends programme and FREE event mug sponsored by TVR Parts ltd, Two people could share this inc me.
3. Maybe two people to marshall cars into the car parking area...I will make it very clear that other hotel guests MUST be out of there on the Saturday.
4. Someone to rondevu at the secret meeting place to collect the lunch.
5. Some helpers in the evening to lay out some bits in the hall pre-meal..
6. Someone to kick the "Dodgy dancing" off... ..(Adam)
7. And some help to take down the gazebo's on Saturday night or Sunday morning.
Also any bits you can bring along for the raffle or charity auction will be greatly appreciated.

I'm there all the Friday and Saturday if anything is needed to be done..
Will be up early doors on the Sat ( Friday night drinks dependent) hehe.. so help with gazebo is there.
Just have to make sure i'm a bit more visable for the Saturday morning breakfast so were outside quickish

Lets hope the weather is on our side this year..I have had some very good news as regards to V.I.P person attending...Your gonna love it....Mind you if its okay with you all we might have to cover the cost of his two night stay which will be around £140 but its well worth it...Legend.....I was going to ask you to pick up the food but then thought about it...Food + Sireatalot = No food...

No Food !! Haha... Well, it may be too much to resist if the car was full of food.. I would probably end up going to pick up the food, take a 300 or so mile round trip with alot of lunch stops enroute back to the fest, arriving just in time for the evening meal . Don't think you'd all be too happy with me Maybe ride shotgun then....
