May well be the 3.0 Granny is same cable as 2.3 Cortina (or close enough to work).

I always think of TVRs as 'manufactured kit cars' anyway, because there are few parts special to the cars, and I agree, half the fun and hassle is finding out where parts originally came from....

Add to that, my confusion of the previous owner collecting parts, not necessarly from the same vehicle over 15 years, putting them in a large box.confused Further compounding the issue by replacing the engine block with; I'm not sure what (2.9,2.8 or even 3ltr) Therefore few mounting holes for alternator/power steering etc would fit. rolleyes Now that the engines running attention is being given to the suspension steering bush etc. What surprises are next awaiting me? laugh Cheers J C.
