Look out for the March issue, 5 pages of praise for the Wedge as a 'buyers guide'.

Well that goes without saying really doesn't it biggrin

The last practical classics mag that featured a wedge was fairly complimentary as well, so happy days!

Thanks for the heads up, I'll look out for it.

I've always thought they come from a good (and practical) era in classics. Much earlier and you have to deal with carbies and pretty rudimentary suspension and features. Much later and you're into the computer era (great when they're new but not so much when they are approaching say 25 years old..) and reduced build quality.

Small run production (and less survivors) the fact that the bodies don't rot and makes these cars future classics in my book...even the V6s!

The missus was kind enough to pick a copy up today for me. A good article and certainly sells the positives of Wedge ownership.

Took the 350i to work today for the first time - I started a new job on the 6th January so first time it's been seen - it certainly was the centre of attention in the car park and several of the lads stayed late so they could see the Wedge fire up and squeal out of the car park. 3 degrees C this morning on the drive over and only 5 degrees C on the drive back but roof was down!

A good positive article but dosent really tell you a lot. If you bought one on this article you may get a few shocks with the reality of ownership. Me personally dont want the values to rise much as the pressure to sell increases. These are without doubt the best value for money sports cars on the planet and make mgb v8 and big engine capris a rip off in comparison.
so lets keep putting numbers on them is what I say.
