A pair of new unused composite exhaust manifold to head gaskets (1 manifold set) - standard size, suit 350i (or big valve heads if you want to enlarge them).

Not sure I'll be 'Festing yet (car's in for an MOT on Saturday) but as part of the front-end work I've been doing I replaced the crumbly wire mesh intake grille with some new stainless; I have enough left that I could be persuaded to cut into two more pieces if anyone's fancying going the same route?
It's #6 mesh (so six holes per inch), 0.9mm dia. wire in 304 stainless, 3.33mm square holes. Each piece would be about a metre wide by 400mm (IIRC the grille is 750 or so wide).

recently bought a 1983 FHC. The door mirrors are non origional, non electric (even though the electric adjusters are in situ). comparisons were made against Andy's collection at the weekend Griff Growl. Would you be able to send me measurements of body fixing holes of your 280i sports mirrors please.

The mirrors I have just move around when you get over 60mph and the tightning grub screw is non operational.

Hi mate..

Don't worry you are not the first to be insulted by Andy..If you were to look around his cars I'm sure there are plenty of non-original parts!...
These sports mirror are also non-original and the tightening screw did use to work itself loose after a while..It could be permanently fixed once the position is preferred...

The holes line up with the original holes...(At least they are original..)

They are yours for 10 beer tokens if you would like them...

Car is off to Blackpool this month for a full interior re trim.

Hi mate...As said the mirrors fit the original holes...There were some flag type Italian mirrors that looked a bit like the original type..Ill see if i can remember....

I have a VGC targa Panel in black, don't know what series as got it for a 400SE but it did not fit, I can bring and you can see if it fits better than yours.

be nice to one day get a spare 400SE one for an CF experiment.

Leigh if no one has put dibs on this can you bring it to the fest and I can see if it fits better than mine.
