I know - I would have taken a punt at that price! Unfortunately, Mrs E decided a week and a half ago that her new car had to be the one that went over budget by £4k, which has put my Wedge fund back a couple of months

Did this car actually sell though, or was it below the reserve? because last time it didn't make the reserve and it came back on at a later date.

The ad said the reserve was lowered this time and didn't say it wasn't met by the end of the auction...
