Hi Anthony..Give Richard Thorpe at RT Racing a call or drop him a message on the FB Wedge owners UK and ask him, What he doesn't know about Wedges isn't worth knowing....Although if its for yours i may know someone with a 400SE chassis that was refurbed i believe...I can find out for you....Cheers...Ziga

Just one point about swapping a chassis to remember: if you have a second hand chassis in your car, you would lose your ID, ie: your reg and gain the reg of the car the chassis came from (if you use other certain bits from the other car) or you might end up with a Q plate (only if the DVLA find out of course, but you should keep a chassis swap quiet......)

Also Q plates will never qualify for free road tax, and Wedges will one day.....

Sounds like the best of both worlds though. Updated chassis with the wonderful wedge tub on top? The thing dreams are made of!

There was a guy who turned up at the wedge fest a couple of years back with a Austin Healy body (fibre glass replica) on a 390 chassis. Excellently done so it just shows what's possible. First things to check would be wheelbase and track I would have thought to see if the new chassis and running gear will fit under the body, even then I'm thinking it'll take a great deal of work to marry the two together.... Good luck

You don't need that for fun - how about a wet roundabout exit with oil mixed in too - caught it but only after about 40 degrees tail out, then the next gear it was straight but still wheelspinning on a quarter throttle..... my son even broke his attention from his iPhone screen to comment! ;^)
