Well i thought this year could be a bit off the wall...So its the wallpaper from your room..Well its better than my original plan of "Straps and sashes"...vomit...Reminds me of a night at the "One" club..Demis roussos was on the next table and some tw@ with a lisp said.."Give us a thong"...So he stood up and whipped off his trousers...eek...He definitely had a sense of humus...R.I.P big fella.....

I better rethink my overnight bag then... sounds like jeans and shirt will be considered over dressed !!

Lets just hope my room doesn't have velvet flock wallpaper then...

No...Your room has fluffy sheep and lambs...Mine has cows and bullocks...eek

On a serious note:

Smart but casual is the order of the day...smile

I was thinking of tidy shorts and shirt for the BBQ but think jeans and warm coat might be more in order. Tidy jeans and tidy shirt it will be for me, rather than the usual oil stained mingy "daily" jeans.

SShhhh. Never ever say everything is all okay - the Wedge will hear you and find another part to break just when you want to go out and enjoy it. Going in my 350i and last night all of a sudden found it difficult to engage 3rd gear. Typical. It's not been used much recently as I've been running the 390 so hopefully it will settle down with a good run. If not 2nd and 4th will just have to do!

What time are you going down Andy?

I think Colin wanted to meet up @ Woodall services around 9 ish, then straight down to Topcats.

I'm not sure, I was planning on setting off earlier so I could go to the hotel and have a bit of a break then do the convoy across to topcats but I havent really made a decision yet.

Whatever time we go we definitely need to avoid the A43 because some inconsiderate bugger put the british grandprix on the same day as wedgefest.
