Hi gents,
I took the wedge over for a 4 wheel alignment today and they could not break loose the adjustment for toe in or the control arm that goes from the front of the lower A arm forward to the frame.
Does anyone make those parts to retro fit onto the A arm?

New bushings all around and can't adjust. Always something.

Richard at RT Racing should be able to sort things out. He refurbed my knackered A frame with a new welded bush holder, stripped and got the adjusters moving and rebushed it for me while he was at it.

Surely at most it needs an oxy torch on to loosen the threads up, what happened to mechanics' skills?
I'd have thought whoever had the components on the bench to fit new bushes would have taken the time to free everything off while they were at it...

The main reason for looking for new parts are that the threads are in bad shape so even if I heat them up they will get destroyed when the nut does come loose and there is cracking on the parts as well.
So to really be used correctly, new ones are in order.

New ones would be quite expensive, be easier as posted to get them welded up and new adjusters fitted.
