In all my years of fiddling with cars (since 1970's) Payen were the 'quality standard' gaskets.
Can honestly say I never had a failure with their gaskets, across Ford, Triumph, BL.
I suspect Burton's will be expensive ?
Make sure you get a mechanical injection set (use Capri 2.8i to be sure).
Why ?
Some later Sierra XR4 (and Granada) models had a different thermostat gasket.
(there is also a Carb set, and EFi set, no use to you!)
As far as as I know all the bottom end 2.8 gaskets are the same.

Burton power are reputable thats for sure...They can be a tad expensive though as i have used them in the past...The price is more like £58 inc vat + postage to the US which again is not cheap...It cost me £13 to ship an event stein to the states...
Payne are reliable and are probably what burton are buying in and re-packaging.
