AP Racing plate part number AP2346-4 9but can't find on their website) if you can get it, with a Borg + Beck cover. Can't find my supplier just yet but I'll have a look.
Reuse the release bearing if it's a metal one or change it if plastic.

Yeah don't go for the Partsrange clutch itself, I did and it was a National brand clutch plate that expired after 20k.
See http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&a...
So I replaced it again in 2012 with the AP racing clutch plate which has lasted to date and probably 28k miles or so.
The Abbey Sports Cars one looks promising but is more of a standard rating... the photo is of a different spline but they have the right 23-spline in the blurb.

Another place I used at the time was coordsport but their website seems useless now... eventually got some response out of it and this seems more like the clutch I got, but it's flaming expensive at £340. It will take the 270lbf specified.

Right this is what you need - a CP2346-4 plate. If you want to replace the pressure plate just use a standard Borg+Beck.

Now according to that list the CP2346-45 is a similar 23-spline and 1" diameter shaft. But it's for a Ford. Burton Power have it in stock though, and www.tmsmotorsport.co.uk have both. Strange thing is that the -45 seems cheaper than the -4 by quite a large margin.
I found the plate for e189 on this price list from co-ord sport so it must still be available separately:

Looks OK. I've never seen a red one before though (it must go faster!) Take some pics of the lettering lightly printed on the friction material, it will be interesting to see exactly what it is (AP ones will have a part number on there in white paint).
It arrived today Adam but im away offshore for 3 weeks, I'll get some pics sorted when I'm home buddy.Dix
