What happened to " London thunder "
Discussion
I think you're getting 2 things mixed up. London Thunder was a one-off rally in November 2006, starting at the Ace Cafe and driving through the middle of London (past Trafalgar Sq., Downing Street etc.) to demonstrate support for the TVR factory workforce during the Smallendski era, and which resulted in the workers all being made redundant when the company folded. I am proud to day we took part, and it was truly unforgettable.
TITT was just a bunch of people making noise in tunnels.

I've been on two or three TiTT's and they are great fun.
There are usually about 4 or 5 rendezvous places where you can catch up of you get lost. It helps if you have a passenger that can read a map.
The best one was that drunk bloke staggering home in the Rotherhithe tunnel - that was hilarious. He must have stunk of petrol when he got back!

Christmas Thunder sounds like fun.......if you can get enough people who:
1. Haven't already SORNed their TVR for the winter
2. Are willing to take the terrible risk they might get salt on their chassis
3. Are willing to get their pride and joy dirty.
4. Are willing to travel to the start in the dark.
I can let you have the routes to TitTs 9 & 10, which I organised in 2013, but someone will need to go and check the routes still work, especially around Puddle Dock.
TitTs 9 ran from the O2 to Battersea Park.
TitTs 10 ran from The Ace Cafe to Greenwich Park, where we accidentally met up with the regular Sausage Meet.

5. And there is no congestion charge.
6. And we are all sober enough to drive!
Well I was thinking that as the two Sundays during Christmas are Christmas day and New year's Day, that this year would effectively be out on counts 5. and/or 6.
But then I found this:
"The Congestion Charge applies between 07:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday and is cheaper if you pay in advance. See the table below for full details. The charge is not in operation on weekday evenings, weekends, Bank Holidays and days between Christmas and New Year."
Hmmm....

I remember that..TVR's everywhere..Made my day... Any of the days between Christmas and New Year ought to be good traffic-wise. Sad I cannot be there, but my Chimaera looks like this right now
