Plastic on T350C hatch?

Hi All,

Hopefully easy question and i'm just searching for the wrong things..

- whats this bit of trim called?
- what does it do?
- where can i buy a new one? - Mine looks awful!

Hi

It simply is cosmetic and covers several indentations in the top of the glass.

I've made a Carbon Fibre version as you can't buy the strip anymore. I'm just finishing it off and will be selling it shortly. It's taken a while to make it as as soon as you take it off the screen it pretty much snaps Someone gave me their piece in three pieces so I've had to reconstruct it.

I'll post details shortly

Mine was in a bit of a state. Looked better after some autoglym bumper and trim gel on it.

Lee Gascoyne used to sell kits with a replacement screw and screw-on anodised cap. Not sure they're still available though. He's on facebook. Might be worth messaging him.
