Oh and if it were me I would have them raw as its helps to add to the tlc effect of Wedge ownership....There is nothing more therapeutic than polishing ya Wedge....

As always a drawing is needed or something I can measure from. I'm a griff owner so like for like is easier as I have a template from my own car. But square bars don't sound an issue. Getting the stock material could be as I tend to use bits of scrap left over from my genuine work. I don't do mass produced cnc. Anything will be set up and machined by myself using manual machines.

I could do the stay bars out of 25mm dia aluminium bar but I'm unsure what size your old steel ones are? I could refurb your old steel ones perhaps or use one for measurements for new Ali bar if the diameter is large enough?
