Next job track rod ends being replaced

Hopefully we can then finish off the interior, full service and full fluid change then off to the paint shop

Bring on the good weather!!

Close ups would be nice...Im going to try to get them to come to the fest, They really know their onions..The work they do is fantastic..Really deep lustre and i believe they use English burr-walnut which has a really nice pattern....Yummy...I have the replacement veneers but will go for an LCC job later as it just looks superb!....Cheers...Ziga

After changing both drop links on the "mini wedge" and it not solving the clunking noise we decided to actually start the winter job list on the 400 and after 3 hours we have made pretty good progress on getting the lump out.

Dad struggles with the OS manifold bolts (I got the NS which must be easier !)

Question : How do you remove the gearlever ??

Two new tyres fitted to front to replace badly perished pair, stupid fan heater intake hoses dangling beneath from spoiler cut back and removed, dash centre section removed and new fan heater switch installed (thanks again Karl). Veneer given a good clean up while I was at it.

I've just started post Xmas layup proceedings. New ignition amp on it's way, the drivers seat frame is being welded.

Had good crawl underneath - chassis is impressively clean but centre exhaust box blowing at leading joint. Possibly stick straight through on after MOT. Polish the rims back up and then who knows...

Put some air in the front tyres (both lose about 2-3psi per week, porous rims I think).

Absolutely! We have a regular meet at the Halfway House (A128) junction on A127 - lots of yanks and cobras and other kits - big turn outs when the weather's good. When the weather picks up properly and I'm on the road again I'll put a shout out to invite all wedges as special guests smile

Could do a cruise from there to seafront and photo op.

Mark, thanks for your comments! Actually, I am quite happy with the result for the seat covers - being my first attempt to do it. This weekends I was sewing the heater elemets to seats. It will make open air motoring more comfortable during our short - and not always so warm - summer. Attending BBWF is something that itches me a bit, but I will have to see if it possible to get there...

Quite likely; our lass's SEAT has a tyre that loses pressure constantly despite the tyre monkeys having checked and refitted it twice.

I had a Honda bike once that had a porous wall to the camchain tunnel; oil would just appear on the surface, form a bead and drip down. Bizarre to watch.
