Spiders on a wedge?

Can anyone help..?

At back Home this year I saw a black FHC with spider wheels on. 16" I think. Is this a simple remove old wheels, attach new ones job? I am looking at a 2+2 to suppliment the Griff as we will be needing a back seat as of November and this wheel change transformed the look of the car for me.
