Difficult one - IMHO the following.
Certain SEAC's such as Stainless's with a Unique history have special value or Nacnud & Rev's which are mint. However some of the early 420's with high Kevlar content, and other trickery are worth good money. 2 sheds is the best bet on this one. They can go for as little as £7k in "tattyish condition" to mid teens for an absolute minter with low miles/owners and bags of history. See my Yellow '87 one in Sprint (page 28) and e mail me to exchange numbers and we can chat.
Good luck and welcome to the Wedgeland.

ive had a look at the photos of the car again, and i think maybe its not what it says on the tin, Now the front of the seac has lights set into the body, correct? this one has lights sticking out from the front, and the air dam on the front is more like the older 350s i.e a seperate moulding.chassis no is SA9DH35P3GB019494, engine no nck010, can anyone help, maybe this is an early one

This sounds very much like the car Scoobyzoom talked about in a recent post. Do a search for a post called "420 SEAC". There are a couple of pictures on that post too. I think the general opinion was that this was a 350/390 badged as an SEAC. I think avoid like the plague was the outcome of the post, unless you just liked the car for what it was (not an SEAC).

If it's as per the picture Stainless Showed and it's got an NCK engine no means it's unlikely to be a 350 based car but as stated it's could be a 390. Might even be a 4.2 engine. Get details and talk to Mervin Larner at the club. Take great care. If it's cheap as chips then it may be worth the trip.

This car keeps popping up - we should all get together and go to "view" it - telling the seller one at a time "it aint a fecking seac".

It would probably be sold by now if it was advertised and badged as a refurbished 390 - but for someone to persistently advertise it as a SEAC when it obivously is not and they have not been able to sell it anyway - it makes you wonder what planet they are on?? (well it makes me wonder anyway)

Send him the one that Edt took at GOTG, the one where you tried to blow the old dear away towards the cathedral

Anyone got an advert link for the car it'd be a fun day out to take a real Yellow SEAC along for a view of this one.
Could meet half way Steve!

Hi Steve,
Not yet!! I have started putting it back together now though. Chassis is looking very nice now, just a couple more bits to get to now then thats done (Hopefully finished next weekend). I know its taking me a while, but to get rid of any traces of rust is time consuming and quite hard in places.
I'm always covered in hammerite, so it will be nice when its finished.
Then got to get a respray (when funds allow) then put the rest of it back together.
Hows the big bad wedge doing! You got a hell of a car there, good deal to I recon.
GF.

Hi Gareth,

Long time no hear! Glad to see the Wedge is almost back together, trust me its a relief when the lid goes back on the Hammerite for good
Sounds like you are on target for next summer then, will be great to see the 350 close up after all the work you have done.

Andy.

The vehicle in question is now being auctioned on Oct 21st see -

www.classicdriver.de/uk/find/4100_results.asp?lCarID=1695851

As it's a pretty crappy thing to advertise it as something it is clearly not I let the auctioneers know and they said if it sells and the HPI shows it isn't a genuine SEAC the buyer can back out and the seller is left to pay the fees.

Agree the seller is not all there as if advertised as a specced up refurbished 390 it should fetch a fair price but as an imitation SEAC most people won't touch it.
