engine numbers

Anyone out here in Wedgeland have a V8 Developments V8 and can tell me where the hell my Engine number is ?

I have been told it on the front, but appart from some numbers on the heads, I cannot see anything that resembles the engine number

Standard engine number is on the top LHS (looking from the inside of the car) of the block. So if you look in from the NS wing between and below the 2nd and third exhaust manifold outlets you should see a flat plate about 2" long by 1/3" deep on the blocks top face.

Would this be about 9 characters long and in my case be 60D.....H ?
