Poor as hell, they cannot drive, the British Police should bid for the road policing ....

I say more dead horses, smashed cars and injured motorcyclists in the first 5 days than I have ever seen before .. and speed bups ... wow .. say a 911 grounded out on one, being pushed off it ! Definatly the land where ground clearance is king, and Nudge Bars are an essential !

Got a CD player but more importantly its got DAB radio which hopefully will be better reception. Havent had a radio for 4 years since it got nicked.
Can anyone advise on the best areial for a fibre-glass cars?.
Before I get slagged off for not being content with listening to the exhaust note, bear in mind that this is my everyday car and not just for highdays and holidays and there are times when I need to know the footy scores.
Hope everybody had a great Christmas and wish you all a very Wedgie new year.

Mine has a standard electric aerial with the ground lead going to metal grill (for a better ground plane) I have added and hidden behind the trim panel at the rear. From previous threads I seem to remember that there was/is a lead going to the chasis for this purpose?

As for DAB, does it work through the normal aerial? Not played with it yet.

My wedge got a new exhaust. A straight through pipe through to the back box.
Finally it now sounds like a proper TVR.
BIG BAD WEDGE!

Mine got one of the Argos covers discussed earlier in the year. It looked very smart when I put in on. Unfortunately, the wind got inderneath, blew it off and it was holed on a nearby tree. First casualty of the Christmas season.

Mine got new speakers in the front doors and an active FM antenna fitted in the boot. New speakers because I need to be able to hear the stereo over the exhaust ! I have never had decent FM reception on the car, so hopefully this new improved antenna will help... so far it works "-ish" but I haven't had a chance to take the car out properly.
Oh yes, also a new battery charger with top-up mode from Halfords. Buzzes like a hornets nest but should ensure that the battery is always fully charged...
