vacuum servo spec

Just playing around with ideas for brakes ect,

does anyone have an idea of the spec of the servo?

(1985 280i if that makes any difference)

i.e psi and surface area

and also whats the pedal ratio

Graham,
I waited a while before posting to see if anybody had the info.
The manual available in the US is pretty good but it is incomplete, this is one of the areas not covered.
A guage on the hose would tell your psi pulled by your servo, pedal ratio can be gotten by measuring from centre of brake pedal rubber to fulcrum and from fulcrum to centre of master cyl/servo.
Not much help really, sorry.
