I've just uploaded an amusing little video taken by a 4WD Celica owner I gave a run around the block last month.

Needless to say it features lots of seriously loud engine noise, the best overrun crackle my SEAC has ever made, a bridge and a slightly greasy road....

www.sleepy-fish.com/images/videos/TVRs/Round_The_Block.wmv

Edited because we had to move the video off the TVRCC site as it was downloaded too many times and the ISP complained. It is now hosted by Luca Brazzi at Sleepy Fish.
Cheers LB

hahahahahaha.....fantastic!

The laughing makes the video. Great to hear someone's enjoyment as a passenger.

If there's a larger (higher quality) version available, I'd love a copy.

Anyone else having trouble d/loading this? It keeps freezing after 136K. I have broadband BTW, so it's not a speed issue - Streaky

UPDATE: it's OK from the site but not from the link above ... odd! - S

UPDATE 2 : Now it stops at 2.01M! - S

UPDATE 3 : now back to stopping at 136K. D/loading other clips from the site stop too (at 132/6K). D/loading anything from anywhere else is OK, so I guess it's a server problem - S

UPDATE 4 : d/loaded that video and others OK after several attempts - S

Streaky - I also had that problem when I was testing the uploaded copy. All the videos on the site showed the same problem. I went back an hour later and it was fine.

I never really noticed the laughing while we were driving as it's pretty much how I felt at the time. The laughing is infectious, the bit at the end starts me off every time I watch it.

I'd already just taken a Cerbera owner around the block and he was laughing even more than the Celica owner!

Tell you what - the Celica owner really needs a Tiv in his life

And as for my SEAC being broken
I do like my overrun pops and bangs. It's only recently been tuned by Peninsula, they know my set-up preferences and IMHO they've done a fantastic job

Duncan - I had the same problem downloading it .. it gets stuck..

Strangely - I can play it directly .. and it gets stuck again just after the bridge.

Nice dashboard you got there... what was the passenger saying .. 'it's street.. or sweet..' - must be a yoof thing.

Not quite as out of shape as my little video
