hi guys, just had a stainless exhaust fitted to my 350i. Lovely note. Supplied from ACT.
Car has been sitting unstarted since November. First problem was bad main light on Drivers side and bizzare noises from alarm. Presumed to be bad earth but both problems gone away after a week in a warm dry garage. However car idles fine running on all cyliners but when accelerating hard miss fires not sparking I presume due to loud bangs from exhaust. I believe I may need new spark plugs, leads and clean out and inspection of distributor cap. Any suggestions? Need contact numbers for supplying leads and spark plugs. Local garage quoted nearly fifty pounds for both.

Thanks guys and bring on summer for sunny motoring!

Leads and the correct plugs are not cheap. Try Tim at ACT (on here) - Streaky

Just had all sorts of problems due to a faulty ignition module changed and all is well, the only time I have had miss fire was when I had leads round the wrong way. Wish I could help more.
Good luck.
