Planning my route home from Cardiff Bay!

Having spent almost 3 hours getting into the office this morning due to the Butetown tunnel closures, I'm planning my route home!

Question....traffic was diverted off the A4232 heading into Cardiff at the Ikea roundabout this morning. Heading out of Cardiff, can you still get onto the A4232 at the Techniquest junction or is that also closed?

Would have thought that's still open as it's only the tunnels that are closed - however if they were diverting traffic at the Ikea/Morrisons roundabout then the exit for Techniquest/St Davids must not have been open.

The exit at Techniquest was closed this morning. Just didn't notice if the on-ramp was open. To be honest I'm pretty sure it's not.

Looks like it'll be a fun drive home!
