There's an older chap local to me with one that sounds just like this. Looks like a normal A8 until you spot that tiny W12 badge!

Also spotted this one recently, pretty certain it is Chris' car!
He is based in the Chepstow/Monmouth area I believe, so likely was him.

I've also seen him in his 'Kermit the frog Green' M3 a few times on the A466 (Wye Valley road).

The one I followed had circular rear lights. I think it was a later model.
