Rent a Wreck

My wife need to spend 3 months or so in South Wales in the spring of next year, ( we have a house there), and she will need a car, nothing fancy and she'd like an auto, can any one recommend a local 'rent a wreck' place, doesn't need to be a fancy airport hire she will use it for the Tesco run so could have trolley bumps, and I'd prefer someone who just said OK add a hundred to the bill, instead of a big insurance claim.
