Thats fine for me but my friend can't make it until 11:30, would that be okay? also because he's not a member on here could I pay the deposit on his behalf?

Cheers,
Matt
Yeah that's fine mate, I think we'll end up with 10+ cars anyway so should be there a good few hours, they just wanted me to group the cars into fwd & rwd if possible to save hassle changing the rollers.
I'll email you the payment details now. Thanks Dave

Yep smile Still waiting on a few more to say yes/no. I think we'll end up closer to 15 cars (nice to have a variety down there) smile

Booked in with the local Polish guys for a hot bath on Thursday! (Hate car washing with a passion!!!!!)

Just have to swap boost solenoids back over tomorrow, still has this throttle cut issue unless I hold off until 3k to nail it then it's fine.....99% sure its the actuator needs upgrading or my Insignia VXR turbo just isn't up to stage 5 and should have gone for the 20T instead banghead

I'm hoping GotBoosts dyno guy will be able to tell what's causing it.

Keeping a car clean is a nightmare this time of year! I don't work Wednesday's, so weather permitting, I'll be able to get the salt off mine before Saturday!

Hope you find out the issue mate, doesn't sound like the turbo, but I'm no expert. What you hoping it makes, all going well?

No idea budd, the stage 5 19t guys in the states are seeing around 415bhp & 530ft/lbs but on a dynojet dyno which I've heard can read high? I've got that map loaded but tweaked for the smaller 18t turbo. I know someone had 325bhp & 472ft/lbs with this turbo but on standard injectors (JZW Stage 4) so if I get above here ill be happy smile

Probably come in way lower knowing my luck though!!

Gotta be somewhere in between though surely?

Sounds like a right torque machine! I bet 60 to 100 is stupid fast!

I just found your history thread, will enjoy reading that and seeing it in the flesh!

60-100's not too bad at 5 seconds but could do with a little shaved off 90-100, my old rusty shed 9000 Aero was a lot quicker though @3.8s but also had loads of lag to go with it! Pain in the arse in the end, my foot would be welded to the carpet in 3rd from 50 and it didn't really get going until 70 banghead

60-90's around 3.3/3.4 here so I'm happy with that, also very little lag which is a bonus, the 20T plus headers & JZW's race tune gets 3s dead 60-90 so not a lot in it for the extra ££££ to upgrade here, but they get much more grunt above a ton. I'd love some tubular headers on mine but it's probably around a grand so money best spent elsewhere on the cooling side.

What are you expecting to get with the vxr8? Looking forward to seeing it, are they supercharged?

I also have no idea! But yes, it's supercharged.

An older PWR, charge cooled set up. On paper should be 540 with a similar figure in torque, but it's almost 10 years old and the supercharger bearings are pretty noisy at the moment. Defiantly need changing, but all in all, I'll be happy with 500.

It's an older 6.0 v8. These were not supercharged as standard.

If we can get the 6 FWD cars done first then the 4 RWD cars, I'm guessing it'll be around 20 mins per car by the time they have to swap everyone around & strap in etc smile

Was there much interest on the Clio forum?
