Polishing (and paint repair?) in South Wales?

My Caterham's paint job is looking a bit tired. Quite a few scuffs around the poppers and a hairline paint crack on the back panel.

I'm living near Pontypridd, does anyone know of a good place to take the car to get it polished to remove all the scuffs? If I can get the paint repaired at the same place then great, otherwise I'm happy to take it somewhere to get the paint touched up too. (Thankfully, it's black so matching the paint shouldn't be a huge problem).

I guess around Cardiff or Bridgend would be ideal, but will travel a bit further if there's a good recommendation!

Any ideas for the paint repair? I've heard of Alsa Automotive in Hirwaun being highly recommended, just wondered if anyone had any other suggestions?

Shame MP Valet dont cover Cardiff David as its good to get a recommendation - the neglected 535d could do with some TLC due to the new girl getting both my buckets and sheepskin mitts all over her!

Never had any work done by Al at Alsa in Hirwaun, but heard loads of recommendations on here for him, and have visited the shop and seen his work first hand, he had a Koenigsegg in at the time and it was flawless! His door is usually open from what he's told me before, so may be good to get your owns eyes on the work.
His Facebook page has a btcc car on there, but not sure if it's because he did the work or if it's just sponsorship.

No problem. I carried out a detail on a Caterham R400 for another member on here last year. Thoroughly enjoyed it, shame it sold to the first viewer the next day.
