Amazing day out, beautiful cars and roads loved every second of it, and the weather was kind to us too. Can ask for much more.
I look forward to the next one!

Big thanks again to earl grey for organising smile

What a day! Had an absolute blast.

Fantastic cars and fantastic people. Loved the Porsche Spyders and the RX7 was incredible. Can't wait for the next one.

Huge thanks to Matt for organising it.

Great cars and a great friendly gang as usual. Lovely to chat to many of you.

Hope that camera van didn't make a killing on THE only straight bit of road heading West. I can think of far better places to police where 10 mph over the posted limit would be indefensible rather than an utter irrelevance.

Few pics:

'Rare as hen's teeth' Pete said, and then there were two!

Curvy spoiler

David cleaned the car with Vim especially for this trip and then added a bit of Pledge

He uses Brasso on the carbon fibre bits too

Keeping up nicely with the 3 decade younger motors

Little Thief pitstop

Mr Muscle, Jif and a bit of Pledge again

Thanks so much for sorting again - appreciated smile

Who ever organised today, top job.

I drove over from somerset so a long day for me but totally worth it ( even if i have no idea where i've actually been)

Keep a eye on the south west forum, I'm planning a similar run around exmoor in june.

Great run out although I set my own pace and didn't rush. Spoke to a guy with a white rs2000 and another with a 15 plate M3 at horseshoe pass. Making our way back to Llandovery I was joined by a red 350/370 z and a lambo behind me

Great run out as always and well organised thanks to Matt. I have been on many PH runs but none for a while but this was the biggest turn out by far.
The only downside was the amount of road debris, my splitter has been sand blasted and I had a huge stone bounce off my roof kicked up by a 350z.
Still, a car is for driving and these are the small downsides to getting out on the black stuff with like minded individuals from time to time wink
Looking forward to seeing more pics and maybe the odd video as there were a few go pro's around.

There's an old name I recognise, how goes it buddy - it's pippyrips from s/n. Would have been good to catch up if I'd known you were there!

Know that you mean about the road debris. I was trying to keep a decent distance behind the cars in front to limit the damage, thankfully seemed to have escaped inscathed.

totally agree, my car also took a hammering, but like you say, they are for driving biggrin

Oh, there was also 1 fatality today, my mate in the Fiesta RS 1800 had a Large Bird fly into his windscreen @ approx 70mph, driver behind said it was a Pheasant and launched 40ft up in a cloud of feathers, frown

Hi fella, if I had known you were there I would have tracked you down. What were you driving today? I remember you had the RS4 then I think you went GTR, is that right?? Its been a while to be honest.....

This was my first PH meet. Brilliant fun. Thoroughly enjoyed the drive bys at Cray Reservoir.
To the two guys I spoke to with the grey S2000s, let me know how you get on, be interesting to keep abreast of what antics you get up to.
Over and out.

Gutted for the guy, had a chat to him about the RS in Builth Wells and he seemed to have put a lot of time and money into it. It was a bit of a blast from the past for me as my first hot hatch was an XR2i.
