Roofer Recommendation - North Cardiff

Hi all,

We moved in to a new house in Creigiau 6 months ago and having heard scratching noises from the loft had the pest control man from the council out, the first two times the guy said he saw evidence of mice and put poison down.

Today we've had them out again (different guy this time) who says we have birds nesting in the loft and he couldn't see any fresh evidence of mice (has put poison all over the house anyway).

Apparently we need a roofer to come out and seal up the holes where they are getting in (although I'm concerned about trapping them in the loft) so, can anybody recommend me a roofer or builder please who would do this?

We also have a single storey extension which is really cold and I can feel a strong draft behind the plasterboard so I suspect the outside air is passing under the roof somehow and bypassing the cavity wall, consequently I'd like the same roofer to take a portion of the roof off the extension and check this out for us.

Yes, David did some work on a house I owned in Ogmore Vale

Thanks, would a roofer necessarily be a member if they were worth their salt?
