Breakfast venue near Chepstow / Ebbw Vale required

[London GT3]

I am meeting up with about 7 mates for an early get together (about 8:00am) one weekday morning in the next couple of weeks. Does anyone know of a good breakfast venue near to Chepstow or on the route from Chepstow to Ebbw Vale. We would be happy to pay a sensible price for breakfast at a good pub or inn if such a place is available.

All thoughts welcome.

Honey cafe is great and our usual breakfast stop (will be there tomorrow actually), forget Ebbw Vale, go via Abergavenny, Crickhowell (passed Llangorse Lake) to cafe. Then head for the Chappels and Army ranges then Elan Valley.

You could try the Steel Horse Cafe, but again it doesn't open until 09:00
