Admiral use these as their " preferred" repairer, meaning I can get a courtesy car, but I don't have a good feeling about them. Has anyone used them before?

Work to be done is rear bumper and paint

I think it's fairly normal to have a bad feeling about all these accident repair garages.

I was nervous when mine got sent to First Choice accident repair a couple of a years back (with a lot of panel and other damage to repair).

Turned out they did a great job and I had the car for 3 years after it happened with no problems. Hope it all works out alright for you!

I don't know anything specifically about Fix Auto Cardiff but Personally I would never go to an insurance 'preffered' repairer, I would feel that their cheif concern is the insurance companies interests (cost) and not mine (quality of work). I'd find a good localIndy, you could well find they can sort something out re a courtesy car. Be a little careful though, whilst it is your right to take your car where you want, some insurers load your excess for doing so(with dubious legality in my opinion but that's another issue).

The Mrs car was taken there after a coach decided to run itself down the side or her car. At first glance the repair looked ok but was very poor on close inspection. The car went back twice more before I was happy with the repair. In short only use them I my you have to.
