Coffee, cars and parking

Any recommended places to park up for a coffee ?

Places which have generous parking (with no crappy narrow bays) and where you can keep an eye on the car. Even a good uncrowded layby with a food van.

A few to start off:-
Llandow Circuit (near Llantwit Major)
Llantwit Major beach cafe
Caerphilly Mountain coffee bar (but not on busy weekends)

Good Man i was thinking of this very idea the other week, but few things got in the Way and fell on the back burner.
I was thinking Caerphilly mountain myself. With it being the first Thursday of the month for example.

I think the cafe shuts at 8-9 i think.
car parking is good too.

When you thinking of doing such type of gathering ? in the week or weekends?

Pine Range in Ewenny has a Café in/next to it with a nice open car park.

The drive their from Llantwit, via Wick and St. Brides is very nice too, providing there isn't traffic.
