There's a couple of silver Volvo S60s for pre-delivery inspections at Stratstone Cardiff (my workplace) before going to the HQ in Bridgend, so expect them on the road soon. They'll probably have extra aerials on, but the easiest way of telling is by looking out for two rear-view interior mirrors and an extra, small wing mirror for the passenger

If any of you venture down the M4 - just to let you know that Whiltshire have got two '07 plated, unmarked Honda Accords. One blue, one silver. Camera's front & rear with concealed strobes. Seen them both in action - and their sole aim is to catch speeder's .... Traffic control is left up to the Highway Agency..

Even though I have got involved in this thread, why do so many people worry about unmarked police cars. You dont need to worry if ur car is taxed, mot'd and insured, and most of all, you dont drive like a muppet. We all like to put our foot down occasionally.

Indeed many of us do like to put our foot down occasionally. It's then preferable to know if the Vectra/BMW etc. you're passing is an unmarked police car ...
