seen on the M4 westbound between junction 28 and junction 32 was a BMW (think it was a 3 series saloon) in Navy CN13 DPF. seemed in a rush without blues but when he overtook a car he gave a quick flash of the rear bumper lights, intentional or not i dont know. unsure if this is a South Wales or Gwent car because it was at J28 then onto J32 past Cardiff Gate.

another one i seen which seems to be in South Wales regular (and parked in Gwaelod Y Garth regularly) is an Audi A4 saloon in black BV14 EPF. this does have a lot of blue lights all over

Bronze VITO van hassling cars on Merthyr bypass!!! Almost gave it the beans when I saw him storming up in my rear view mirror but thought only a clown does a ton in a van to catch up a with a V12, so, thankfully, just moved over and saw some gesticulation from the uniformed driver that switched some concealed lights on. He then did the same to the next car that passed him at a similar 85... Poor vehicle choice for some odd business.

Black Audi A4 Quattro TDI Auto (VE 62 FVW). Spotted pulling over a bird on her mobile at Pontypridd Sainsbury's lunchtime today.

Very inconspicuous unless you spot the ANPR thingy on the back (or spot the two hi-viz wearing plod in the car), couldn't say how stealthy the markers were as they were lit up.
