OK Wayne, I'll keep my speed down. I guess it'll be a little less humiliating for you !!

I would suggest a Sat/Sunday towards the end of July, that will give people a chance to get organised. I'll try and come up with good run ( Any suggestions welcome... PLEASE ).

The Griff's got to do some fun runs before she gets breathed on over the winter !!
