Thank goodness it wasn't my Atom!

Track day at Llandow last Thursday and the only other Welsh owner had an unplanned meeting with the armco!!!

The damage appears superficial but regrettably it's not - the frame is bent! The Atom was only 19 days old - I think you can imagine how the owner feels

To get pictures on the forum all you have to do is get them hosted somewhere like www.photobucket.com and then copy and paste the link to the hosted picture into the message. It will take the form of

Hope that helps

Thanks for the comment.

I really felt for the owner as I would be for anyone, he was white when he returned to the pits and I think his son who watched it all happen shed a few tears!

Luckilly there was a guy there with a brand new Brian James trailer and he very kindly towed it home to Llantrisant. It's now down at it's birthplace in Somerset.

The track day was a private thing for a company. I managed to get in as did 2 other Atoms because the organiser owns an Atom himself and had a few spaces. Great weather, great day except for the off!

Yes, he's okay with it being on the internet. Bloody horrible thing to happen but shit happens!
