Maroon Lotus Elise SC in Llandow carpark and you may see the following on the South Wales roads later........black GT3, grey Aston Martin DB9 conv, green Gallardo, yellow Gallardo conv, red 360, yellow 360, White R8 conv to name a few at the Everyman racing event that's on at Llandow today.
Blue v10 R8 and black. 997 in Cowbridge.

The Silver Mclaren that I saw last Sunday, this time giving it a bit down Carmarthen Road tonight at 5pm. After some research I now believe it to be a copy of a Mclaren M12gt with a Rover V8. Either way looks and sounds amazing, would love to see it close up.

I think you'll find he's thanking you, so no need to apologise. Class full of trainee mechanics, unknown V8 rumbling past equals much discussion.
Will you be attending any of the breakfast meets Charlie? Always like looking at and hearing the 'Ro.

Orange Grinall Scorpion on the M4 between Margam & Pyle, approx 11 am today. Porsche 991 & blue VX220 in Cefineithin this morning and a white 944 & white E type V12 parked in the centre Crosshands this afternoon.

In 3 weeks time, I'll be making a trip down to Swansea for a film project and I'll be making the most of the coach arriving in Cardiff by popping around to the car showrooms I haven't seen in 5 years. A couple of questions I have though, do cars still park on the grass by the University on North Road (Like the black 575 SuperAmerica I saw once or twice)? and what other areas around the city centre would be worth looking at for attractive or note-worthy cars? Thanks

Yellow Gilbern parked on Dyfed Avenue, Townhill in Swansea.
I was driving my Gran round there on the weekend to see the views and we (I) had to stop and have a look at it. It's a bright yellow car, 2 door with a saloon boot and on a K plate, which makes it a 1972 by my reckoning. Running a Rover V8 and auto box.
I've not seen many Gilberns. Just the one that used to be in the maritime museum and the one which used to be parked up outside a house in Dunvant.

There was a bright yellow Gilbern at the Pencoed show, could well be that one.

The car I saw is definitely being used. The owner has been lining the interior with Dynamat by the looks of it. It was parked by a rusty E21 316 in red and a blue Bay Window VW van.
Nice to see a Welsh car in its natural habitat so to speak.

I've met the owner's son a few times. I see his father (the owner) in work regularly. He takes the car to quite a few shows.

White BMW 1M on the A48 by Swansea Car Auctions 8.45 this evening. Looked like a club meeting at the Twelve Knights in Margam tonight, About a dozen hot roads and 60's style pickups.
