9am at J47 or 9.30am at the Big Bite Cafe in Cross Hands

Depending on weather there are often people around till about 11.30 maybe, by the time you've chatted and get some brekky. People slope off earlier when weather rubbish obviously.

It's nice to see people posting in here again (I'm just as guilty). This use to be one of the most active parts of any of the forums on Pistonheads with people from further a field just visiting South Wales making a point of searching out the breakfast meet no doubt because this was such a vibrant thread. So any chance we can look to bring back the good old days of a year or so ago and also get the photographers amongst the group to get their work back up? (I'm well aware of the Face Chops group) but this is where it all started.

I went to the elan valley run earlier this year and really enjoyed it, been meaning to come to one of thses since. Do people meet anywhere on the way ? Im coming from pontypridd. Also cant find the facebook page.

Some of us usually meet up at J47 services at around 9.15 before heading down to Cross Hands.

Just an idea on what we have had attend at previous meets. We don't get supercars at every meet, but certainly a mix of stuff.




Its an Omega 3l engine KA with the turbo in the boot.

Well, I live in Crosshands and never knew this meet happened until now! Just getting my haircut by the Square and the barber said it was a forum meeting going on but I just kinda assumed nothing to do with PH... after all, nothing ever goes on here in the back end of nowhere! Then I came home and thought maybe I'll just check...

...so, might see you folks next time
