Does anyone fancy a trip to the Wilton House 2014 Classic and Supercar day on Sunday 10th August 2014

This is supposed to be a superb event
Wilton Estate is located 3 miles west of Salisbury just off the A30, 90 miles from London and 37 miles from Bath.

TICKETS ARE NOW ON SALE
General Admission tickets give access to all areas of the showground and include free parking.

http://www.wiltonclassicsupercar.co.uk

There is a Pistonheads parking area , but you must register on the Pistonheads event page .

I have registered ; does anyone fancy a group day trip ? - or we could go up the day before and stay overnight
somewhere close by ..

Any thoughts ?????

I'll be driving to Wilton too. Most likely jump on the m4 at Newport if anyone is up for a convoy?

I am travelling from Llanelli - I know cars sometimes meet at Junction 47 on the M4 then head up together. Is this still the case and if so, what time??

Many thanks

Picked up your email. Went to my junk folder for some reason. Many thanks.

See you Sunday at junction 47. I presume it's in the service station car park you meet??

Forecast for Cross Hands on Sunday is dry, at 10am it will be 10 degrees but feel like 7 due to the wind chill, 11-13 mph wind. Temp will rise to a heady 14 degrees by 12 o'clock. So says the weather forecasting system I use.

Really hoping to bring my Spider along. Might need a shove to get her going again though as she's not being well behaved when hot.
