iirc I paid around £60+vat for the alignment at Avia. Lovely people to deal with

I'd get it corner weighted if you spend alot of time driving hard or go on track at all, it'll make the whole car balanced on the limit

Very expensive last time I went there - over £80 to do the alignment on the front of a Golf.

I changed the front springs. They had to do the castor and presumably whatever they deemed needed doing but I would have thought that was part of the alignment. Anyway, it was too much.

Have you Tried Hometyre, I heard that they are doing 4 wheel alignment and they come to you. Not sure what their prices are.

After the recommendations on this thread i took the 911 to AVIA. Great people to deal with and he spotted the problem as soon as it was on the ramp. thumbup from me.

Hello all, I'm looking to get wheels balanced, tracked and then camber checked. Is this the geometry, as I'm not sure? Can avia or a&a do this or what do I need?
Cheers

As above i took mine to Avia and they sorted out my alignment. Not sure but i guess they can do wheel balance as well.

I took the MX-5 to Avia in Bridgend today and they were really friendly and helpful. Four-wheel alignment took half an hour and cost the princely sum of £27. Highly recommended.

Another fan of Avia here!

They set my Skyline up perfectly for drifting.

I'm taking the 3door Sierra there next as soon as I can!

I can't find details for Avia engineering, have they changed name or ceased trading?
