Afternoon everyone.

Apologies for getting this up a little later than planned, but I hereby announce the FINAL PHEA Roadshow Event of 2012 - the Snetterton Race Experience for the RMHC on Sunday 18th November.

This thread is for the PHEA Stand attendees only.

The final details are as follows:
Entry is £5 per car. There are no passes required, the organisers just have a number. I have booked space for 15 cars on the PHEA Stand.

As we need to be in place before 8:30am, I suggest we all meet just outside the entrance at 8am. That way, we can all head in together.

With space for only 15 cars, please get your name down for the static display thumbup
See you all there!

The List:
iluvmercs - either the RS4 or Dad's new car
Aizle - M5
BarryP - GTR
MrsBP - EvoIX
VankyPanky - Vanquish S

Darren,

As PHEA has stand number 2, this is envisaged to be very near the pit area so one of the last clubs the public will see on the way in and one of the first on the way out.

Due to the club sites being either side of the main road into the pits, we will have race trailers and transporters using the same entrance road. There will be a few marshals there to help you so if you have a few late additions this shouldn't be a problem. We can go to 20 cars if need be.

Many thanks and be good to catch up on the day. I will be around the pit area with my orange 'Organiser' hi vis on...hehe

Well the day closes at 4pm but there is a lunch period of 12-1 where we have to come off track. East Coast Trucks will be offering passenger rides around the 100 during this time and there is the Wildcats Aerobatic display over the lunchtime.

I would say if anyone needs to slope off early, then from 2pm would be ideal as most of the public would be int he pit area leaving access road clear. Could be earlier depends on pedestrian traffic

HTH.
