Theres a bp garage near high lodge you could fill up at, thats should see you to the end shouldnt it?

Depends how hard we are driving Andy - went on a night run and did 40 miles and used just under half a tank

Depends how hard we are driving Andy - went on a night run and did 40 miles and used just under half a tank

How much in litres is half a tank?

About 30 litres, just over 6 gallons, so the computer is pretty accurate as it showed an average over 48 miles of 8 to the gallon.

Re petrol

The nearest to High Lodge is the BP in Brandon

On the map link below, we will approach from "A". The main group not needing fuel will turn right on to Green Road. If you need to fill up I'd suggest you turn left on to Rattlers Road to the BP station, "B" on the map and then continue on the High Lodge, "C" on the map.
