PHEA RUN - Late Summer Run 29th September
Discussion
Well what more can I say?
A very enjoyable day out with a bunch of pleasant people and lovely machinery.
A blue RS4 gracing my rear view mirror in the morning and a gorgeous white C63 for my afternoon view.
Great roads, very little traffic and superb weather certainly added to the day's experience!
I'm glad you guys who came for the morning Norwich section enjoyed it. As Mark said, we're always looking for feedback on pace, route, notes or organisation, so please let us know
A massive thank you to everyone who turned out for the Run. We're happy to have you along, no matter how much you were able to do
Thank you to Mark for putting all this together - you did yourself proud yet again! I thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon route, and only went wrong once!
A lovely little end point, too.
My photos will be uploaded in the near future, and I'll posting a link as and when it's done
Next up will be ONE FINAL LAST MINUTE SHOW in November - keep an eye on the Forum for more details soon

Thanks to Mark (and Darren) for organising another great run, did well with the weather too (although must explain to Mark about the problems with motorcycles and gravel )!
Sorry to see the demise of the Mini though, I do hope it gets sorted easily and without too much expense.
Really enjoyed playing silly buggers with the C63 and Darrens Luxobarge, unfortunately there was so much debris thrown up at the beginning of the run (and me being a numpty and not cleaning it once) that the onboard footage from the camera is pretty bloody useless
Good day out checklist
1) Good roads.................Check
2) Great cars.................Check
3) Nice people................Check
4) Tea and Cakes at the end...Check
All in all a great way to spend a sunday!

It was lovely to see the sex god that is Darren of course and his German vehicle at the pm meet (hmmm....). Shame I missed Neil and his wonderful (?) Fiat. Anyway Darren, despite you saying vintage cars do nothing for you, popped into Snetterton on way back to VSCC vintage racing - fantastic, some amazing cars - Bugattis, Bentleys, and a fantastic sounding supercharged Frazer Nash and some good racing to watch. You need to expand your horizons !!
Didn't know you were coming along A - You weren't on the list you little minx! You mention vintage - we took a look at the WC Wallace Vintage Day - Does that qualify as 'expanding horizons!'
PS. You'll love the girlie 500......LOL!!

Is that some kind of Wallace & Grommit bathroom event? You mention vintage - we took a look at the WC Wallace Vintage Day - Does that qualify as 'expanding horizons!'

Anyway, I'm not sure that the acquisition of of a Fiat Sewing Machine is "expanding horizons", maybe more narrowing them! Lol (but if its girlie, I'd still like to see it - has it got eyelashes on the headlights?
Still, I spose its better than Darren's Oowdie !!
Perhaps your choice of vehicles would explain why you both obviously weren't invited to tonights Lotus Evening at Stratton? Oooh, the cars in that workshop
