We were the Tamora behind and took us a second to work out what was going on but the emergency stop for the duck family left both my passanger and I in fits of laughter and shows to us the true spirit of PH runs, to enjoy going out for a fun drive, going quickly is just a by product!! Spent the whole day being chased by 2 M3's which I hope enjoyed a few pops and bangs from my Tam.

Thanks to the organisers, please can we sort the chip shop queues next time as they were too long for my wife and that cost me a 3 course lunch in the Regatta bistro! Food was great and made the day even more memorable. smile
I was the leader at that point and glad I was wink Had I been going any quicker it wouldn't of been a battered sausage and chips for lunch.

Superb day out! Well done all. Not really sure who or what was following my lead from stow to Aldeburgh to be honest but the seeing all the other cars arrive at the final carpark was ace!

Lambos, McClarens, all lovely. But that classic Aston (DBR was it?) for me had to be the best car of the day. Absolutely beautiful and a credit to its owner. Stunning!

Here's to next year! Feel that a change is needed from my RS4 so who knows what I'll be in next year!

There's nothing you can do about the fish and chips queue. I left with Coyft's RS4 from Stowmarket before everyone else for a pacey hoon, we went down there at midday before all of you lot and the queues were already too long, they're just like that all the time - the guy must make a mint.

Thanks for the complement. No owner for the DBR yet as it is the A S Motorsport company demo. I think production number 21.
Come and see more at Spring Open Day on the 27th.
Andrew.

Re the queues: imo the fish shop in Leiston is better, and no queues (well, just a few locals)

Many thanks to the organisers of these PH runs, they are without doubt the best way to see fantastic cars doing what they're supposed to do, (or in some cases what they're not supposed to, ahem)...

Brilliant day, great weather and the integrale won best Italian car - absolutely amazed. Thank you..

Your car was the only one I got a photo of, absolutely fantastic looking thing! Here's a shot of it next to mine

Love the Sagaris! Why does the roof on the drivers side have a bulge on it and passenger doesn't? Always puzzled me, probably an obvious reason too!

Helmet space, as above. Although being 5 foot 6 myself, the 6 foot 2 passenger I had with me didn't appreciate it biggrin

What a great day out smile leaving from stow i was behind the m5 and the pontiac (forgive me if it wasnt) they both sounded amazing. Both were extremly loud on full chat!!
Were you behind me in the Silver Monaro? Lovely V8 burble from the car in front of me. I thought it was a Chrysler CTS, although being stuck right behind it I did have an advantage.

Thanks for slowing down for us, although we did catch up (sort of) and then i ignored the Aldeburgh turnoff, thinking that we were going to take another route in, as i could see in the distance that everyone had gone past it. Then only to find you lot coming back at me and then taking that turnoff after all. Lol.
Done the same thing, drove straight past the turn following the others, assuming the planned route took us the long way around.

Thanks for the camera tip BTW, ordered one when I got home. smile

I think the cars you referred to were a silver Pontiac G8/GT and a black Cadillac CTS-V.

Thanks to all involved organising, my first one but not the last!

The run from Cambridge was great - definitely encourage people to make the trip to start there; roads I'd never ridden / driven so did my best to keep up with the mental cosworth mini and frankly ridiculous R1 kit car. Apologies for accusing the mini driver of spraying me with oil!!

Amazed at how friendly everyone was!

Another great Fish an Chip Run!! Great weather, great cars and great people smile

Firstly thanks to all the group leaders, Darren, Anton, Ben, David, Gareth and Stuart. Without you guys the run would be a very expensive traffic jam!

We had a great run from Cambridge but just before Stowmarket I kinda fried my brakes trying (and failing) to keep up with Oliver on the Speed Triple. This meant for the second leg my brakes were marginal at best!! So sorry to my group if it was a bit slow. Oh and also apologies that I went the wrong way, but I don't think anyone noticed smile

I have never seen the car park in Aldeburgh that full, I think the sun brought out the holiday makers, but what sight it was. This must have been our biggest turnout ever smile

A few pics. Anyone know who's MP12C that was?
