Afternoon everyone!

With a couple of Events already under our belt this year, I thought it was about time to announce the PistonHeads East Anglia Calendar 2014!bounce

Once again, I have stuck with some firm favourites while adding a couple of new Events for your pleasure smile

FULL DETAILS for each Event will be posted a couple of weeks before that Event is due to occur. However, if there is something you like the look of now, then you can of course let me know earlier on this thread or by contacting me via my profile/email.
If there is anything you know of which may be an interesting Event for PHEA, then please get in touch.
I have one or two other things in the pipeline which, at the time of writing, are yet to be confirmed. Any additions I will of course updated on the Calendar to inform you all smile

8th February MEET Rolling Road Event
24th February RUN Winter Run
13th April RUN Fish'n'Chip Run
27th April VISIT AS Motorsport Factory Visit
4th May SHOW Duxford: Spring Car Show
4th June TRACK Snetterton Track Day
22nd June RUN Sunny Hunny Run
13th July SHOW Kimbolton: Sporting Bears Car Show
20th July RUN Three Counties Breakfast Run
3rd August SHOW Helmingham: Festival of Classics
25th August SHOW Lavenham Rare Breeds
31st August SHOW Classic & Sports Cars by the Lake
21st September RUN September Late Summer Run (Suffolk & Norfolk)
14th December NOSH December Christmas Dinner

While all vehicles are welcome to Meets & Runs, I am often asked by PHEA members if their car is "suitable" for a Show.
PistonHeads East Anglia is all about the variety of cars and their owners. Anything fast, rare, expensive, classic or unusual is always welcome.
If you are unsure, I would simply ask yourself if you would be happy to see your car as a paying member of the public smile
Of course I can always check with the organisers, if you're still unsure thumbup

I think that about covers it for now.
I'll update the "TBA" entries as and when I have the confirmation smile

Hopefully see you all soon at one of our Events.

Darren

Hi Darren,

Please put me down for the Sporting Bears & Helmingham.
No mention of Stonham Barns - really enjoyed that show.
It's on 17 August 2014.

I'll be with the FCCC at Duxford - that way I can avoid
being accused of "Parking in the Wrong Place" - harrrumph...
That'll leave plenty of space for others, seeing as this
season has taken off so spectacularly!!

Regards,
Steve

Will do Steve!

I haven't added Stonham this year as August is looking pretty busy at the moment.
I'm currently looking at another Show though, so please keep on eye on this thread for updates smile

Darren,
Being as you have to book earlier and earlier, can I suggest
the American Diner in Great Yarmouth for the Xmas nosh. Owner
is a car-nut and we could have our own parking area. The food
ain't half bad either... smile

Regards,
Steve

Will there be a meet in Great Yarmouth this year. i drove the seafront the other day while at work and it looks really good for a car cruise, you can all meet up at the power station end were it is a quiet industrial area just a couple of ice cream vans, and when ready set off down the golden mile past all the amusement arcades around the Hollywood cinema and back up the other side, you can just keep going round and round until you get bored. So after the third time lol you can pull in to the (reserved) car park of this really cool diner. if no one else is up for it then i'm going to do it on my own biglaugh
