Hi Dylan, Yes, Tesco at Copdock is a good place to meet. I used this last time to meet up on route. May I suggest the Truck stop, although make sure you actually pull in the where the trucks park and not where they fuel up. This happened last time and due to lorries parked up parallel to the pumps, we were hidden out of view.

The truck stop is adjacent to the Tesco petrol station. Just follow the normal route in (as if you were to fill up)and just before you approach the fuel pumps, bear left into the truck parking area. (usually plenty of room in there)
(don't forget to drive to the left of the truck fuel pumps)

Hi guys, definitely on for a meet up at Ipswich tesco at 8am, do the drive through to A1/A14 Huntingdon roundabout quite a lot to my folks in midlands, quite a drag from Ipswich to Cambridge and average speed cameras all the way from Ipswich side of Cambridge to Huntingdon.So i reckon to meet around 08:00, and leaving 08:15 at the latest.
That will give you, including anybody else, a 15 minute window.
How does that sound.
Know the fuel station and truck park next to it quite we'll, see you both there at 8am and anyone else?

At present I have all passes taken, but I have just emailed the organiser asking for room for another MX-5 Ltd ed California.
