PHEA Roadshow: Helmingham Hall - Sunday 3rd August

Afternoon everyone!

Following another successful Run, the our NEXT SHOW in the PHEA Calendar sees us return to the Helmingham Festival of Classic & Sports Cars on Sunday 3rd August.

This massive car show has the usual additions of the famous driveway runs, a country fayre and the wonderful Helmingham Hall gardens in the grounds of a magnificent Suffolk country house.

I have booked 12 places18 places for the PHEA Stand.

Special car club entry costs only £10 per car. This will be payable to me on the day in exchange for your pass

As in past years, we will be meeting before the Event, so I can hand out the passes.
We will be meeting at The White Hart public house in Otley - MAP LINK HERE

As we need to be in before 10am, I suggest we meet at 9:15am for a 9:30am departure.

Do we apply before hand for a drive way run or is it just a case of who fancies a crack on the day?

For ease, please could PHEA drive way Runs will be organised via me. I just have to let the organiser know via email.
On the day, you would then be called up by the organiser and guided via marshall to the driveway.

This is what has happened in the past, so assume it would be the same this year.

Right, I make that 14 at the moment.
I have asked the organisers for a little more space. By all means add yourself as a reserve, as I am hopeful we can gain a few more spaces, making any reserves definites.

***RE: GROUP INCREASE AND DRIVEWAY RUN****

I have now been kindly granted an increase in group size to 18 - 18 passes now available.

The organisers have also informed me that sadly, due to new health safety requirements, cars in the Club area will not be able to participate in the Driveway Runs this year - too many pedestrians wandering round that particular area caysing HSE bods concern over potential accidents, a single one of which could end the show.
Sorry if that will put off one or two of you
There will still be the Runs to watch, though as others from the concourse and singles area usually take to the driveway
