What an awesome day! Never been to a car show before and ended up getting 2nd Best in Show! Please forgive me if I didn't get round to saying hello, but I got so caught up with speaking to so many people my head was spinning and my jaw's still hurting! I still can't remember many peoples names but thanks to everyone for being so friendly. No doubt see you all again soon. I still owe James an ice-cream!

Great show today and lovely to catch up with everyone that I knew, and to meet a few new folks.
I didn't meet you hotrat and so please enlighten me to the power plant in your 'engineless' Escort !

Thoroughly enjoyable day and can't remember the Zed having so much attention at any other show for ages. Big thanks to Darren and Eddy

Great to catch up with some old faces and some new ones. There is so much variety at this show which makes it a fab way to spend a day. If only I had a car to show frown

I really loved the white Escort. Awesome but very subtle. Someone said it's an MR2 turbo chassis with a MK1 Escort bodyshell . Any pictures/details of the build?

Queued for an hour 12:30 -13:30hrs about a mile away along Nowton Road, hardly moved. Got told by a few that they had stopped letting people in, it was too busy.

Disappointed I didn't get in as it looks like it was bigger than ever frown

This is a huge show now. It must be alot of work for the organisers. Shame you could not get in.

Great day, thanks to Darren for organising it and letting me join the group.
Couple of photos later in the day of the Pistonheads gathering, unfortunately after a few people had left.
(I couldn't find a gap through the crowds of people earlier on)

Had a great day, again thanks Darren & Eddy for making the arrangements.

Enjoyed catching up with some familiar faces (Piston Heads and the SODS) as well as meeting a few new ones. Show was bigger than ever, the nice weather seemed to have brought the cars and public out.

Cheers. Nick.

No worries to those that thanked me for helping. Happy to do it for such a great bunch of people that the PH'ers are.

This show has to be one of the biggest and best around. Shame we were stuck in the trees though. Perhaps me can try to get a better position next year like we have had in the past.

See you all again soon.

Eddy

Last year you were on the hard standing and I was in the trees.
This year the other way round.

We are destined never to meet. frown

I apologise for this belated post, but I wish to thank everyone who made it out for CotG.
After the queues to get in, it proved a fantastic day out with plenty to see.
Welcome to the new members who were able to join us. I hope to see you again before too long.
Thank you the seasoned veterans for again coming out to support PHEA at a wonderful show.

Great weather, an excellent variety of cars on the PH Stand and wonderful human company made for a spectacular day.

I'm certain we'll be back, however I will go for an earlier meet time next year to hopefully avoid the queue.

I look forward to seeing you all again soon.
Thank you smile
