PHEA MEET: SSM - Tuesday 13th September

Afternoon everyone.
So our final Roadshow has now taken place and it's time to announce our Final SSM (Social Summer Meet) of 2016!
This will be held on Tuesday 13th September - That's just a week away
It will take place during a evening track session at Snetterton Circuit in Norfolk - MAP LINK HERE.
It's simply an excuse to get out in our cars on a summer evening to join your fellow PHers for a good catch up and watch the track action, and perhaps even get out on track yourself!
Once again, our very own fasteddys has organised a group discount, subject to numbers.
To get this discount, you must first contact fasteddys through his profile HERE to obtain a code which you must quote to MSV upon booking. It is therefore recommended you telephone MSV to book your place
General information and online booking can be found on the MSV Website HERE..
The Meet will begin around 4:30pm and end at about 8-8:30pm, as the track time ends.
I cannot be specific as to our exact location, so please look out for the "fasteddy" truck and my blue RS4 with "GEE" on the registration.
Entry to spectate at the circuit is FREE, but obviously track time will incur costs.
Track time is also subject to usual track day necessities: long leg & sleeve clothing, helmets, signing on, safety briefing and noise testing. Signing on is from 3:30pm, briefing is at 4:30pm.
You are free to arrive and leave whenever you wish, but please adhere to the site speed limits and watch for pedestrians and other cars' movements.
Tyrells Cafe will be open for business.

Ahhh excellent - I had this horrible feeling that it would clash with the monthly club meeting and I'd miss it again.....
I don't think the SLK will be ready so I'll have to come along in the current still haven't sold it daily

what are the chances of there being a space free on the day?
i.e. turn up, if the car passes the noise test pay the fee and do the track evening? bit worried about noise and don't want to spend £80 and fall short even before getting on the track
had the car tested at an exhaust place when i went to enquire about a bespoke rear exit system and they measured it at 102db but they used one of of those hand held devices so not sure on the accuracy....... similar to this ..... https://www.tester.co.uk/uni-t-ut352-sound-level-m...

Hi mate. There were spaces the other day when I spoke to them, but with it being end of evenings and the weather still good it is likely they will sell out. Evening is sold out ... And they don't offer refunds if you fail the noise test. I'll probably still come up and get the car noise tested and watch the action.Any queries, give me a call

Thank you to everyone who made it out for our final SSM of 2016. Another tremendous turnout of PHers dotted around the pit area and car parks. I did see a few extra cars I recognised, but sadly missed the occupants - many apoologies if you were one of these PHers, but hopefully catch with you soon!
I thoroughly chatting with who I did on that perfect summer's evening!
Thanks to fasteddy for again with his help to organise this, and indeed the whole year's, SSMs. It really has been superb!
