Boiler fixer needed!

My boiler is struggling with limescale and my usual excellent boiler bod has succumbed to workload. Two months in with no sign of him I really need someone to de-clag it urgently and properly. Can anyone recommend anyone in the Colchester/Ipswich area who (1) won't simply try to sell me a new boiler (2) will answer calls and turn up?
