Mobile welder East Anglia...?

Unfortunately there's a few areas on my classic Camaro which do need attention. I do have patch panels ready to go in but at present I don't have the skills to do the job.

Can anyone recommend anyone in East Anglia which offers a mobile service to cut and fit the new patch panels? Thanks
